The Cure for Peeling, Breaking Nails

My nails were acting like a petulant three year old last week, throwing a temper tantrum and being destructive.  What's a girl to do?? The winter dryness probably made them act that way and they were very unhappy with me.  I turned to twitter and they all gave wonderful advice, especially @whitedunks who suggested layering Sally Hansen products and then slathering the cuticles in Burt's Bees cuticle cream, which I already loved and reviewed here.

I then purchased some Sally Hansen products to coax my poor nails back to health: VitaSurge Strength Gel and Nail Nutrition Green Tea + Olive Growth.  First, I massage the VitaSurge into the nails and let that sit for a few minutes and then apply a coat or two of the green tea/olive growth before putting on whatever polish that I am using that day.  Once the polish is all dry, the Burt's Bees is put onto the cuticles at night and sometimes during the day if I remember.  OMG, so much improvement!!!  I am very excited, the nails don't look nearly as nightmarish as they did before :)

I have come to find that my body loves to revolt if I don't pay it keen attention, worse than a stalker ex I swear!

Do you have any miracle nail products that you swear by for pretty, healthy nails?
