Ruth Chris Steakhouse Chicago - Socialite Foodie Adventure

You guys know that I like to get my grub on :D  After the interview the other day that I posted about, Mama and I went to Ruth Chris Steakhouse for happy hour so that we could grab a bite to eat and toast to our new endeavors.

I love when restaurants offer some of their more pricey fare for a good discount and Ruth Chris did not disappoint.  Everything was $7 each, including lobster and filet mignon steak sandwiches!  Here's the fooooooood:

Spiced seared ahi tuna with a tangy mustard/beer/ginger sauce...yummy!  The spice rub had quite a delicious zing to it, very flavorful.

Lightly fried lobster with a spicy cream sauce.  Airy, non greasy fried lobster that was accompanied by a slightly spicy mayo based sauce, simply wonderful.  I could pop those in my mouth all night!

Tender steak on french bread with a bernaise sauce...YUM!  This is hands down the best steak sandwich that I've ever had the pleasure of eating!  The meat was succulent and tender, sauce was yummy and a great complement to the meat, the bread wasn't too crunchy or chewy, just right.  I could see myself eating these often lol.  I want another one now!

Cheers to good food and good company!  :)
