I had the absolute pleasure of meeting sexy Kimberly Krupa, a model in the Chicagoland area, when I ventured to the Windy City Live anniversary party.
I wanted to know how she stayed so smoking hot so I requested that she send over her top tips so you and I can be equally as fly :D Here are her tips!
Kimberly’s Sexy Six
Keep your hair healthy. You don’t need to wash your hair more than a few times a week (even if it’s thin!). I’m obsessed with Batiste Tropical dry shampoo. It’s inexpensive; and gives you great volume and a wonderful beachy scent. Put a little serum on your ends and you are good to go!
Stay hydrated and moisturized. Hydration is crucial. I always tote my Powerade zero (electrolytes all day!) and my moisturizers. Eyes, neck, décolleté, hands and elbows age the fastest; so re-apply your moisture on those areas any time you think of it!
Stay fresh and cool. I think it’s smart to keep a roller-ball perfume and travel deodorant stick with you all the time. Sometimes you end up away from home longer than you think you’ll be. Also, with Chicago’s sticky summers, I’ve found that a little deodorant in the cleavage area is great trick.
Stay comfortable. We wear those heels enough—always tote flip-flops or drivers (in your car or your bag). If you can switch out your flats at the very last minute, you will save yourself from much agony. Also, you won’t wear out your fave heels as quickly!
Keep a bright smile. When you meet someone, your face and smile is the first thing they see. I keep my teeth bright with generic white strips. Just once a week will keep your chompers pearly. Also, for a healthy-looking pout, apply a stinger gloss like Too Faced Lip Injection. These keep your lips looking nice and full for hours.
Keep your mind and body right. After a long day at the office, force yourself to go for a short walk or jog (no cell phone!). You burn calories; and more importantly, you will burn off the day’s stress and feel great! Just before bed, I always make sure to watch a few minutes of something funny on tv. It sets my mood for a peaceful night’s sleep. When I wake up, a few minutes of the news is great to get mind going and get me in the know.
