Dark Lady/Dr. Facilier and Ursula Makeup Looks - Villains Series

I am so excited about this series!  Tracy of http://www.beauty-reflections.com/ and I are collaborating to create makeup looks each week based off of villains from various forms of media, tapping into our dark sides :D

For my look, I love the song "Dark Lady" by Cher and wanted to create a naughty fortune teller makeup look that also included the colors of Dr. Facilier from Disney's "The Princess and the Frog".  His purple, black, and red SCREAMED fortune teller appropriate to me so I tied on a turban, whipped on my mysterious shawl, threw in one green contact as my EVIL EYE (insert evil mwhahahahaha here) and got to work:

Cher Dark Lady

What do you think of the makeup look?  Off topic, I am SO getting a pair of green contacts; was just trying these out to see if the color suits me and I LOVE them!  I want to get some circle lens because they allow oxygen in their colored variety.

For Tracy's look, she wanted to go with a villainess who is also one of my all time favorites: URSULA!  She's the sea witch from "The Little Mermaid" and what an inspiration :)  Tracy had to say-

I especially love the Disney Villains. Those villains to me are just some of the best villains around! And one of my faves has to be Ursula the Sea Witch from The Little Mermaid. Ursula is a part-octopus sea witch who "helps" unfortunate merfolk to achieve her own goals. The whole scene where Ariel signs a magical contract and Ursula takes her voice, and then transforms Ariel into a mute human is some of the best animation ever in my opinion. Beluga, Saruga Come winds of the Caspian Sea! I love that part. So Ursula is my inspiration for my first Halloween Villains look! I did eye looks for you-one being a more literal interpretation, and one using the colours as a more wearable look.

Oh la la Tracy!  I am absolutely digging the thought of making an Ursula look wearable but particularly love the directly inspired look :D

So, what do you think of the series so far?  Stay tuned Thursday for the next two looks :)
