Celebrity Style I Love - Blair Waldorf

So, I don't even WATCH Gossip Girl but even I know that Blair's clothes are top notch fashionista.  Her images are constantly being tweeted, pinned on Pinterest, or showing up on my facebook feed, so I can't help but see her looks and boy am I coveting them!  I haven't seen the girl miss yet!  When Toyota Corolla asked which celebs I turn to for beauty and style inspiration, my mind instantly went to this chick:
