Abreva Conceal - Invisible Bandages

I've never had the unfortunate experience of a cold sore, but blemishes?  I know something about those!  The new Abreva Conceal Invisible Cold Sore Patches are made for cold sores but I didn't have one so I used it a blemish that I had under my lower lip.

The package that I received contained a 6-pack of patches, mirror, and concealer brush.  The patches are really easy to use - clean your face, apply the sticky side of the patch, hold it there for a few seconds so that it stays tight, peel off the paper and apply makeup.  Easy!

I like that the patch is clear instead of "flesh" colored like most bandages are, which equals beige flesh and HELLO I'm brown so they look stupid on me but this one doesn't have that issue.  It's comfortable to wear and makeup blends well on top of it; my only drawback to it is that it inevitably crinkles because it is on the lip area which moves and isn't flat to begin with.  That's a bit of a bummer but otherwise it is excellent.

There's my skin with nothing on it but the patch. I was starting to get a whitehead as you can see so the patch could act as a barrier over it so that I could put on makeup.  Abreva Conceal is a clean, non-medicated patch for cold sores that allows air in, yet protective enough to keep contaminants out.
