A gorgeous smile has always been a must to me, for myself and especially in those that I date. Yuck mouth just doesn't fly when I've gotten mine all corrected with braces, surgeries, tongue spurs, and all other forms of torture.
I use a mechanical brush for my face and love how it gets all of the makeup and gunk from my face so I definitely want the same deep clean/shine for my teeth in the form of an electric toothbrush. The Colgate proclinical toothbrush adjusts and deep cleans so that the gums and teeth are well taken care of and sparkling.
I use whitening trays from the dentist sometimes to keep them looking bright, whitening toothpastes, various mouthwashes that freshen breath and get between the cracks, and try to steer clear of staining drinks like red wines. Now, I'm not completely obsessed with doing these things ALL of the time but I do keep it in mind since my mom paid so much for my smile and it's my most complimented feature.
Whether it's having the best toothbrush, sticking digilently to a regimen, or visiting the dentist religiously, there are many ways to keep the mouth looking lovely.
What's your regimen for a pretty white smile? Do you bleach those chompers, floss all of the time, use mouth wash, teeth whitnening trays, what? My smile wants to know!
